Delivery

Free shipping on all orders within Australia.

We deliver by registered post which requires a signature.  If you are not home during the day, we recommend a work address. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, it will be redirected to the nearest Post Office.

Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery.

 

Exchange

It is important to us that you are happy with your Jham purchase. If something isn't right, please let us know. We'll send you another colour, a new size or an entirely different style.

Please use the Contact Us form to request an exchange.  We will then email you an Exchange Authorisation Number and details for the return.  Please include the invoice you received with your parcel.

Goods must be exchanged within 2 weeks and must be unworn, unwashed with original tags still attached.  Customers will be responsible for returns postage charges (unless the goods are faulty or not as ordered).

 

Refunds

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly refund the purchase price.

Please use the Contact Us Form to request a refund stating the reason for return.  We will then email you a Return Authorisation Number and details for the return.  Please include the invoice you received with your parcel.
